Festivities are on the way

New lights for Christmas 2019, Oxford Street, London

Oxford Street has been treated to new Christmas lights this year. Dangling above the traffic are 27 curtains of light, made up of 220,000 individual LED lights. I wouldn’t say I fell in love with them, but they are energy efficient and they aren’t full of commercial advertising.
