      This Helios 44-2 is particularly known for its flare (and its swirling bokeh) but I’d be interested to see what your CCTV lenses do. A topic for One Word Sunday I think

      • I actually had that Helios on a Zenit E in the mid 1970s. The camera got passed on and ended up with a school friend who still has it along with wide angle and telephoto lenses. Unfortunately it’s in England and I’m Canada. I had been looking for one or something similar in charity shops and yard sales until Covid-19 put a stop to that sort of thing.

        • I used etsy.com for mine. It is still working quite well, unless you want to buy from countries like Moldova where the post service has been closed down.

        • I considered that but given I already have in the teens of manual focus primes I was hoping to find one for a few dollars.
