Glorious, feels like I could just put my hand out and feel the texture of the field

I nearly didn’t take this shot as no Mont St Michel in view! But the grass was so wonderful I’m glad I did.

That’s a good interpretation of early, Robert. I’m not a natural early riser either, but when away with my camera I am often persuaded (partly to get my money’s worth from the trip)

Yes, I liked that everything had more of a silver tint than the usual gold

I didn’t think about getting a worm when I posted this but more about the time of year. Works either way, though. 🙂 Happy Sunday, all.

The fields here get covered with the salty water from the bay when the tide rushes in and that plus the morning sun has added a great silver tint

Wow…that is so cool!

The shots worked better than I hoped – the salty dewy grass came out so well.

I’m new here, courtesy of Brian (bushboy) 🙂 You have such a lovely blog, marvelous photos. I’m intrigued by the prompt One Word Sunday–is it only for photographers, or can we write something for the prompt word?

Hello and welcome! Thank you for your kind comments. You are very welcome to join with words instead of a photo – would be great to see what it inspires.

What a lovely peaceful early morning rural scene, Debbie! Mine is early morning urban: https://suejudd.com/2020/09/20/early/
Oh, and sorry to have missed you yesterday, I was trying to do too many things! Perhaps we can Zoom later today?

Yes, it was mainly me and Margaret. Jo popped on for a quick hello but her connection was poor. I’m out on a dog walk (just stopped for coffee) but might be able to do a quick zoom late afternoon. I’ll let you know when I’m home.

Nice light. I kept my contribution simple, partly because we still don’t have an internet connection other than using the cell phone but also because when I thought of the summer solstice it seemed so appropriate.

It is – and I ran out of time last week 😦 But it’s wonderful to have so many people showing their take on the word – usually a great mix of beauty and humour 🙂

You might just tempt me with this shot to get up early one of these days and have a look around.
In the meantime, different early: https://picturesimperfectblog.wordpress.com/2020/09/20/too-late-and-too-early/
