Canal art

There’s a great stretch of street art on the Hertford Union Canal, near Lower Lock no. 3. Here’s a quick stroll on the towpath to admire the murals.

  1. Just a little different from the traditional Roses & Castles that adorn traditional Canal narrowboats. Street Art can and is very skilful, certainly brightens up otherwise dull drab places…. but I often feel torn between the fine line that is art or graffiti 🙂
