Santa Claus is coming to town – Soon

Christmas at Kew 2020, London, December 2020

I was very lucky to get to the Christmas at Kew event this week. It has become one of my regular pre-Christmas events and I had booked my tickets in June, but never been convinced we’d get there. But my luck was in. The lights were as wonderful as ever, though all interiors were closed, and attendee numbers were reduced. I’ll be sharing a few highlights later this week, but I thought I’d kick it off with Santa Claus coming to town. The only difficulty is, will he have to quarantine?

    • We are in different levels of lockdown around the country, but the government moved London and surrounding areas into tight lockdown at midnight last night. This means everything but essential shops are closed and we aren’t allowed to stay away or meet other people. Health and caring are exceptions so I’m still hoping to be able to get out to help my mum.
