“Rain and wind, and wind and rain.
Will the Summer come again?
Rain on houses, on the street,
Wetting all the people’s feet,
Though they run with might and main.
Rain and wind, and wind and rain.”
– Katherine Mansfield, Winter Song

As someone who uses the Auto more often than she should on her camera, I think this is a great photo and perfectly illustrates your quotation.

That is true and the night setting worked very well on that camera. It’s good to be lazy sometimes 🙂

I had just come down from La Pedrera. I had been up there for a cut short wet light show. And then I dashed down the road until I found a bar to hide in till the rain settled.
