They are though in centre of town just beginning to think street decoration might be a good thing on some of the more hideous buildings, but goodness knows if it will actually happen!

You must! There are some great buildings and galleries to visit. And I love a couple of the neighbourhoods that are full of street art and lively bars and cafes.
