I know “gammel” means old in Danish (there is a horrible, horrible liqueur called Gammel Dansk) but in German it means being a leafer, a deadbeat, a bum so I have to smile when I read the word anywhere. And then those two cyclists: true love means pushing the extra mile?
Thanks for the smile.
And I thought your title Walking the Wheels went well with mine of this morning: Riding the Roofs. 😀

I didn’t know its meaning, so thanks Elke. It’s an old warehouse and the new site of DAC is now super-modern – a huge contrast. Took me ages to work that out last night when hunting for the location of my photo. Things change rapidly in cities and it’s 6 years since I was there – hard to believe.
