Old Town Hall

Old Town Hall, Burslem, Stoke-on-Trent, March 2021

This baroque-style “Old Town Hall” was built between 1854 and 1857. This is the portico ate west end of the building, adorned with Corinthian columns and caryatids, plus a clock tower with a gilded Angela the top. Since its days at Town Hall, it has served as public library, host to a pottery heritage centre and is now home to a Sixth Form Academy.
