Too many people look down when they travel through London and other cities. There is so much to see and intrigue if people were to look up. Of course if someone is crossing the road, they should be careful.
None of my business, but I am intrigued. You bring such wonderful photos from the East side of London and city, which is the area of my origins (actually Bethnal Green). I worked in the city, remember the rebuilding of the parts of London destroyed in the war (also the Barbican) and today we have Shoreditch, which is no longer the Shoreditch I knew many years ago. Do you have connections to that part of London or do your travels often take you there?
I live just 20 minutes out of London by train and head in a lot. Shoreditch is one of my favourite areas. You’re right that it has changed a lot, but it still has character – and it’s great for street art
