A building I have come to love

British Library, London

The building of the new British Library was a massive project, taking over 30 years from initial concept to opening. The architect’s main influences were modernist style, with a few other architects having particular impact on him. I’d be interested to hear what and where this building makes you think of. To me, the tower in particular takes me to another country.
