How odd! I have pictures of that green fella from pre-pandemic, but the blue one wasn’t there then.

It would have to be painted regularly to keep such a bright colour and surely someone notices the painter. Or is it done at night? How ingriguing.

Perfect. Rarely do you find something that bright. Years ago when I was in England, there was a display of real people painted that color and other bright colors. They attracted quite a gathering.
