Such incredible scenery and would make for great views at the top – I have to say I did need to google where Cappadocia is, I havent heard of it before. Turkey definitely is on our bucket list.
The rock formations are wonderful, and may was a good time to be there for the added colour of the wild flowers. The other time that tempts me is winter as they get plenty of white snow. And I think there would be fewer instagrammers in winter.

The rock formations are fascinating – they are highly susceptible to erosion, so you see many collapsing and also many new ones forming.
