If you are within reach of Glasgow, do try to visit the Glasgow Gallery of Photography’s latest exhibition: Out of the Frame at the Rogart Street Campus Gallery.
I am delighted to say that one of the photos from my Tokyo series has been selected for display there. I hope to get up to enjoy it in person in the next couple of weeks, but if any of you get there before me, I’d really appreciate it if you could take a photo and share it with me.

Now over to all of you. Do come and join us in our Saturday six-word musings.
I’ll admit that many of us openly break the numeric rule and share far more words (all excellent of course!) so the key rule is to have a title of six words – and then create around that the post that you desire! Perhaps in bunches of 6 words if you’re feeling inspired.
To join the challenge, please put a link in your post to the URL of this post. Then come back here and leave us a comment. If you have any problems with linking, just put your own URL into the comment. And do feel free to socialise digitally – tweet, instagram, flickr, etc. with the hashtags #SixWordSaturday and #6WS.

In your photo, I like the stability of the building and the breeze of the crowd. Congratulations on having your photos in 2 different displays! 😊👍🌺

I wish I’d read this earlier! I was near there today (I didn’t know the location but it seems to be in Bridgeton near Glasgow Women’s Library).

Yes, I don’t know it. And there’s another exhibition coming up at the Riverside campus mid August. It will be giant digital screens rather than prints. Should be interesting.

Just back home after a week in the south of Sweden. An early morning near a small pond I met some cute dragonflies 🙂

That must be doable for Anabel, Debs. We’re in Leeds at the moment and more likely to be heading south but I’d love to see it. 🤗💗

Oh I hope you’re having a lovely time back over here. Glasgow is a bit of a trek but if you’re still around there’ll be another exhibition in Glasgow 15-19 Aug. And I’ve got another 2 in that one 😀😀

Brilliant news Debbie! And what a great shot. I may well not get to see it ‘in the flesh’, but it’s an extra excuse to try to visit Glasgow again, so who knows…?

And it’s always worth a visit. I’m hoping to get there for a couple of days 15-19 august as I’ve just heard I’ve got another 2 on display in a different exhibition then, for World Photography Day.

Great blurred shot, Debbie 👏 The fact the nearest woman’s shoe is perfectly still whilst the rest of her is moving is cool; looks good in B&W 😃 Here’s mine: https://jezbraithwaite.blog/2022/08/06/peonies-staring-down-at-discarded-pencil/
