Marseille, August 2022
Now over to all of you. Do come and join us in our Saturday six-word musings.
I’ll admit that many of us openly break the numeric rule and share far more words (all excellent of course!) so the key rule is to have a title of six words – and then create around that the post that you desire! Perhaps in bunches of 6 words if you’re feeling inspired.
To join the challenge, please put a link in your post to the URL of this post. Then come back here and leave us a comment. If you have any problems with linking, just put your own URL into the comment. And do feel free to socialise digitally – tweet, instagram, flickr, etc. with the hashtags #SixWordSaturday and #6WS.

When I saw your photo first on my phone in the little preview window I thought it was tassles on a curtain or table cloth … 😂 I’ve had a very memory-filled weekend (my husband brought a dusty suitcase out of the cellar with photos and toys and cheep jewellery) so I knew what I had to share: https://picturesimperfectblog.wordpress.com/2022/09/03/pour-la-premiere-fois-a-marseille/

Makes me smile- my daughet-in-law to be was at a wedding in Dinan, Brittany, last weekend and forgot to pack the appropriate frock. Resulted in a pre-wedding shopping frenzy in little Dinan, where she found the very thing!
One day I’ll get to Marseilles! Or Dinan, which looks lovely, incidentally. Happy Saturday, Debs!

Let’s hope there’s less panic when it’s her turn.
And Dinan is on my list. I’ve been very close. I have to say It is a beautiful part of France.

My daughter is making the wedding gown so hopefully! We have friends who moved from here to central Brittany and we threaten a visit one day.

Hi Debbie, I can imagine that Marseille would have certainly changed over the years. The man walking in front of the store gives everything perspective. Here is my contribution https://lifeatno22.com/2022/09/03/we-knew-a-dog-named-blue/
