Quite Deco?

Yes, it is really a simplified version of Art Deco. very similar shapes and designs but all trimmed down to be that little bit sleeker. This building has had a very up and down life – a highlight of British seaside life in its youth, but then closed and damaged in the war, reopened and adorned with 60s style, then closed and left to fall apart. Now it has undergone a major renovation and looks simply wonderful. I can’t wait to visit when it is open.

Absolutely – the pool has been open for a while, but the beautiful buildings are now renovated and ready to open too. It is an amazing achievement by local volunteers
