Yes, they seem to be getting it up as the heart of Stoke. It has plenty of office space, a hotel, the public library and accommodation, and a large supermarket.
Great to see effort being put into the new buildings. In a town that was historically full of art in its pottery, and is now in need of a lot of renovation, these bright colours were very welcome.
