– another moon in St Albans

Space Voyage art installation, St Albans Cathedral, October 2019
Earlier this month, I featured Luke Jerram’s giant moon hanging in St Alban’s Cathedral, but now I’m taking us back to an earlier view of the moon – at a light exhibition in 2019, also in St Alban’s Cathedral.
Below, there’s another glimpse of this year’s moon display.

Next week’s theme will be square – just in case some of us are missing Becky’s January square challenge: feel free to use the prompt as you will, though – a square crop, an image of a square or something more colloquial like a square person.
I’m looking forward to some interesting takes on this.
Other forthcoming themes are listed here, and to see previous weeks of this challenge, click here

A lot of cathedrals now have these light displays – their huge spaces are perfect for such large displays. (And useful income to buildings that cost a lot to keep running)
