Postal delivery in Arles, France, September 2025

Now over to all of you. Do come and join us in our Saturday six-word musings.
I’ll admit that many of us openly break the numeric rule and share far more words (all excellent of course!) so the key rule is to have a title of six words – and then create around that the post that you desire! Perhaps in bunches of 6 words if you’re feeling inspired.
To join the challenge, please put a link in your post to the URL of this post. Then come back here and leave us a comment. If you have any problems with linking, just put your own URL into the comment. And do feel free to socialise digitally with the hashtags #SixWordSaturday and #6WS. You’ll find me on Instagram @travel_travel_with_intent and @dsmythphoto

Arles is so quaint and lovely. Great mural, especially the cat tail. My six are objects illuminated, https://fakeflamenco.com/2025/09/27/department-of-mysteries-hall-of-prophecy/

The window tail’s cool, but the mousehole totally rocks!

I love this! It’s also how I feel when waiting for the Saturday post to post so that I can link, which often doesn’t happen before I go to bed on Friday night (here.). 😉
Just so you know, these are the six words I felt went with the photo, not how I’m feeling. 😉🥰

You set your timer late on purpose to get that effect, admit it!
PS: I like the mouse hole, too, but I am worried about the cat’s tail in the window with regard to the mouse family living below.
I liked Brian’s take on post, although I had a different one: https://picturesimperfectblog.com/2025/09/27/here-this-post-box-has-lasted/

I love it. Im sure I have seen similar in Holland? where little mouse size shops are painted along the walls at street level? Im having trouble with my toolbar and seem to have lost the ‘link’ icon ! so here is my 6WS https://carylbeach.art/2025/09/27/the-hallmarked-man-done-and-dusted/
Have a great weekend 🙂

I’ve definitely seen similar elsewhere. It may be a popular topic. But I think this one wins on cuteness 🙂

Love it, love it, love it…….every inch, the bird mail and the mouse door with it’s own lamp post. Fabulous find that made me smile tonight Debbie 😀

Glad it worked so well, Brian. I’ve been so busy this week, I almost forgot to post (hence its late arrival). I chose because it fits with my tardiness

I thought I had missed your post as I too had a busy Saturday so I was happy to find it near the top when I opened Reader.
