Interesting building with an interesting name. The building in front to the right – are those holes where the drains come out? 🤔 — My architectural geometry is of a different kind: https://picturesimperfectblog.com/2026/09/20/luneburg-the-not-always-straightlaced-north/

Hi Debbie, I really enjoyed your choice of photo and you had me looking up toilet bowl architecture. I had some fun rabbit trails looking at the New York City and Poland stuff. Then I remembered an Anthony Bourdain episode where he talked about how he just did not like a lot of the buildings in Toronto. And that led me to this :
“Brutalist buildings are known for … the bare building materials and structural elements over decor design”
So thanks for a great photo as well as all these extra this morning. I hope you have a great week.

Well, those (presumably brutalist) buildings whilst geometric are rather ugly and uninviting! Here’s my take on the prompt: https://suejudd.com/2026/09/20/geometry-2/

The geometrical pattern makes this brutalist architecture look interesting.

Those buildings are not very inviting, are they? I like what you did with the “blue” entries. Hope your weekend is going well.

There are some seriously cool blue photos! The door and the sky were awesome. But the winner is cookie monster between the toes 🤣!!

That certainly wasn’t something I’d anticipated when I set blue as the topic 🙂
