I have seen Routemasters in many cities – but I have not visited Tokyo.
Yet.
This is the first time I have seen one with an extra door added at the front. I assume this is for a wheelchair lift.
It is also a shame that the window on the upper deck at the rear has been blanked. If I could not get a seat at the front that is where I would choose to sit, when these buses were running in London in regular service.
