A damp, grey and wet London day did not deter the revellers yesterday, though it did make taking photographs more difficult: fingers numbed by cold and thick gloves, umbrella balanced over my head and rain on the lens.  Still, I managed to get a few snaps to share with you for this weeks gaudy challenge.  The bright umbrellas even added to the gaudiness of the picture below.
