Chewing the Cud

I am a fan of Cow Parade and similar public art displays.

The cow below is one of my favourites, decked out in blue, white and yellow, so typical of Portuguese azulejos or ceramic tiles.

These other cows, also from the 2006 parade in Lisbon, look similarly good in blue and yellow.

    • I’ve seen the cow parade in Lisbon in 2006 and as far as I remember each cow had a sponsor (the cow on the thrid pic was sponsored by Ben & Jerry’s). The cow with the egg was sponsored by a restaurant in Lisbon which is decorated with the blue&white tiles and -apparently- serves eggs. 🙂
