Plaça de Sant Jaume

aDSC00260bw

Plaça de Sant Jaume is the main square in Barcelona’s  Gothic quarter. It is home to two government buildings: the Ajuntament de Barcelona (City Hall) and the Palau de la Generalitat (Catalunya’s government office).

At the moment it has a beautiful Christmas tree in one corner, which looks all the more striking in this black and white shot.
