Mushrooming Toadstools!

This week, I’m in Shoreditch yet again.  Looking up, I spied some very unusual sculptures, perched on rooftops.

They are the work of Christiaan Nagel, a London-based artist and musician who hails initially from Durban in South Africa.

They come in a variety of sizes and are made from insulating material.

These surprising pieces pop up all over Shoreditch.  I have only featured a selection here; if you keep looking up you’ll find many more.

  1. PROBLEM WITH THE LINKY. There is a problem with Linky Tools at the moment. I don’t know if it lies with Linky itself or WordPress. In the meantime, please leave your link as a comment and I’ll upload to Linky once it is working again.
