Waiting

These benches seemed to me to be waiting for a weary passerby.

Yes, inviting is the right word! I have a pond near my house that I walk around a lot and there are benches all around it – most of them donated in memory of people who loved the pond. I just love them! They invite restfulness…and I often take advantage of them! Thanks so much for linking up!
