The weather in Dublin cannot be guaranteed, but finding beauty can be.
From small details
to the bigger picture
Dublin is truly a fair city.
These beautiful sea horses form the base of the cast iron lamps that adorn the Grattan Bridge, one of several bridges that cross the River Liffey.
The origins of the bridge date back to 1676, when it was the Essex Bridge. It underwent seriously remodelling in 1872 when cast iron supports were added to widen the bridge, these striking lamps were introduced and the shape was flattened to better resemble Westminster Bridge in London.

Is that the Ha’penny Bridge in the background?
