If someone falls into the water there is now no ladder to climb back out? That doesn’t seem safe at all. Apparently people were using the ladder to climb into the water, so they removed it. How odd.
If they had not put the sign there, would people notice that the ladder was gone? Would they try to climb a ladder that was not there? Ha, ha, very funny!
OK, let me get this straight. So before, when people could climb sedately over the wall via a ladder, they now have to scramble over and dive into the water? Yes, much safer!
