The 2015 edition of the Tour de France sets off from Utrecht today. The race will comprise 21 stages; 9 flat, 3 hilly, 7 mountain, plus 1 in dividual and 1 team trial. The 3,360 kilometres will take the competitors from the Netherlands, through Belgium, across the north of France from east to west, then a quick flight to the south of France, where they travel west to east to Alpe d’Huez, followed by another flight and the final stage from Sèvres to the Champs Elysées.
