Pixel Pancho in Istanbul

This 2012 painting on a wall in Kadakoy, Istanbul, is by Italian artist Marco Bertolli, aka Pixel Pancho.  Born in Turin, Bertolli started his Pixel Pancho project there in 2001 and now lives in Barcelona.  This particular piece is typical Pancho – large scale wall mural in earthy colours and featuring robotic characters.

  1. Now that you have included passers by in the foreground I can really appreciate the scale of it. I will google that Pixel Pancho. I like people that nourish a child within.

    • You have such a great range of murals near you. I have to travel the world to find these! Not that I’m complaining too much 😉
