If you have half an hour to wait for a train at St Pancras or Kings Cross, why not use it to stretch your legs and grab some fresh air. The canal with tow path, seating and plenty of cafes is just behind the stations. There’s even an outdoor swimming pool for the brave and an floating cinema for those with longer to spare.

I was at King’s Cross just last week, with a little time to spare, but didn’t think to look outside!

Waiting for a train – that sounds familiar…in my teens into my twenties, the train was my main transportation. Lovely black and white, Debbie:)

I still use the train a lot. Several times a week when Im home. And I prefer it to flying for longer journeys too. Up to 4 hours or so. Or overnight sleeper.

What an interesting place…the floating cinema sounds fun. – Nice BW shot. I like the man looking over the edge of the bridge.
