This old cannon sits on the coastal path above the beach resort of Margate in Kent.
For the first week of the new month of photo editing with Robyn, I have made some straightforward edits in lightroom. I have straightened and cropped slightly, sharpened, lightened shadows and darkened the sky to emphasise the clouds.

Wonderful old cannon and I really like the angle you shot this at.

Great composition, angle. And nice work on editing. I have lightroom on my laptop, never learned to use it! I would love to learn to darken skies!

Subtle but good, Debbie – we can now see the grainy texture of the canon.
