A colourful note: this greenish shade of blue appeared without a name in 1992, known simply as #16 in that year’s naming competition. In 1993 the winning names were selected and this crayon with a hint of marine became Pacific Blue.

Poor girl! Her eyes look a bit bloodshot. Perhaps a little flowing vino? Spectacular though! 🙂

They work hard! Up early and to bed late. They do this purely as a passion. I’m sure food and wine are a part of that passion.
For us photographers it’s hard to capture their eyes. Especially if you haven’t got a clue what to do with your flash (me!) This kind lady opened her eyes if you counted to three (great French practice)

Seems you went to Venice at just the right time for a photographer’s delight! I love, though, how your good eye finds fun and amazing shots just about anywhere.

Yes. I was on a photo workshop for Carnival. There will be more of my photos appearing over the next couple of weeks. It was a wonderful long weekend. My camera has definitely taught me to keep my eyes open and see things in rectangles!
