A colourful note: the colour name cerise comes from the French word for cherry, cerise. According to the Oxford English Dictionary, the first recorded use of cerise as a colour name in English was in The Times newspaper in 1858.

  I wanted to buy one, but on my first visit the shop was shut, then it was open but had no staff!!! and I went back after a coffee and it was shut again.
