“Seven days. Seven black and white photos of your life. No people. No explanation. Challenge someone new each day.”
The participants have been posting some fascinating images that have tempted me to join in – and many thanks go to Emilio for inviting me.
I’m not going to pick on people to participate so please just accept my open invitation.

I remember the color version of this. It transitions well to b & w. 🙂

I’ll be back there in November and looking at it now in b&w may affect the way I capture it. And I’m hoping for some actual high water to match the name of the bookshop.

I remember this place, Debbie. I like it in black and white… it’s nicely eerie!

Yes, I think it suits black and white. Glad you like it Tom

I wonder if you’ve showed a photo of this before, as the name is very familiar (and I know, from the Donna Leon books, about the aqua alta). 🙂 Works well in B&W.

I have indeed – in colour, and with a person.
I’ll be back there n a few weeks, so another shot may come your way 😉

Thanks Sue
I tried to make it look a little faded and vintage (like me!)
