Cat and mouse

This giant cat and mouse are waiting to play near the amphitheatre in Arles.  They sit and wait, both day and night.  But some days you can find them lurking down by the Luma Foundation.

Arles, France, July 2018

They are the work of street artist and illusionist, Stanislas Zanko, also known as Zankovision.

  1. Arles is a great city to visit — full of art history from ancient times to Van Gogh. And this! When I was there a couple of years ago, I missed this one (or maybe it’s newer than that).
