I love the city of Barcelona. It has so many things to offer – old and new; food and drink; Catalan and Castilian; fun and serious; mountains and sea. There is definitely a blue heaven on offer, and the skyward reflections at this market help to deliver it.

I only discovered it last summer. It opened in late 2013, and the area around it is gradually being modified to improve transport, appearance and environmental impact. Worth a visit if you go back, Jude
