Spring and summer seem rather confused this year. North Berwick in mid-April was a spot for swimming and sunbathing, and the smoothest possible boat safaris out to Bass Rock.

August saw heavy wind, intermittent rain, and a sole fully clothed person on the jetty.

And, sadly, the boat trips were cancelled.

What a beautiful beach. Permanent or temporary, strange changes in weather are alarming.

Beautiful images of the water and skies here (I just made this weekend a post for next week) with similar images – Just wanted you to know I wasn’t copying you:)
Yes, here in California, something similar confusing is going on – a week ago we went with friends to Lake Tahoe, coming outside early evening, it was too cold even with my (thin) cardigan – a mean wind was blowing, and temps felt like 50, wile during the day I know it was in the 80ties!
Thank you for sharing this weather anomaly with All Seasons – have a great week (hopefully with better weather!)
