
Ok, I’ll admit it – I have cheated this week
I didn’t find this cosy message out on the streets.
I came across a great collection of postcards with humorous messages in a giant bookshop on Friedrichstrasse the other day, but decided taking photos of them was inappropriate. But, when I found the same company’s giant posters on the U-bahn at Weberwiese later that day, I gave in.

Ah, the lonely mattress, surely a Berlin classic! Notes of Berlin is worth checking out if you speak German, too!

Oh yes, I should have mentioned them. I think it’s their work that Pinguindruck print. There were many other Notes of Berlin images on the wall, and I may share some more. But as you note, many are in German, and whilst I speak some German, understanding some of these is a challenge.
