The clock is ticking towards eleven

Canary Wharf, London, January 2020

A sad evening for many of us. Whilst this shot of ticking clocks is from London, I’m not there. I chose to be in Europe for this grim departure from Europe. I’ve enjoyed my evening so far, with Spanish food, French wine and German company in a Dutch bar.

  1. Still don’t understand that with all the Iies, mis information and pure bigotry we reached this point…. A sad day. Just hope that those in power can act in a more professional manner to secure a positive future for the UK…. And far from unifying a country I fear more division is ahead.

  2. A huge time of transition and one that sounds like a time of mourning for you and some others. Your meal seems delicious and like a celebration of the richness that blending nationalities and cultures can bring. Wishing you ease on your return to the UK.
