Bugs Bunny in Leicester Square, London, June 2020

Do go and share a carrot with him if you can, as he’s celebrating his 80th anniversary this year

Bugs was one of several famous film characters to make their appearance in bronze. They arrived in Leicester Square in February 2020, to help celebrate the square’s 350th anniversary.

Now, that’s a rabbit I haven’t seen in a while!
So glad to have your London sights to view, Debbie. We had a London visit planned for end of this year but it doesn’t look like it will be happening. It will really be virtual visits and it so nice to revisit and see new sights through your lens.

He looks so happy. I remember seeing him when we were last in London. ๐

You were lucky to spot him just before lockdown. There have been so many recent changes to Leicester Square but they believe this latest round of additions will be there permanently now.

Well, that beats celebrating public figures with dubious achievements. No skeletons in HIS cupboard I hope?

I nearly said something like that in the post – but then I thought someone might dig up something about him!!
