Patterns in the sky

Colourful flags hanging above red tables and chairs at Coal Drops Yard, London
Sunny decorations at Coal Drops Yard, London, August 2020

Coal Drops Yard is back in action post-lockdown, and is colourfully decorated with Pattern Portraits by Lauren Godfrey. The work of a group of people under Godfrey’s guidance has been transformed from fabrics, to still lifes to giant flags. This patchwork quilt in the sky shows its colours in their full glory under the summer sun.
This delightful addition to Coal Drops Yard will be on show until 31 October 2020.
