Yes, it does, Jo. Soho is still very busy at night, and has spread out onto the streets, with some closed to traffic to allow the tables to take over. It is easier to get into places without reservations, but it takes a bit more planning as not all restaurants have reopened – some never will and others are taking their time. Borough Market is buzzing again, and many of the restaurants there have taken seating areas out in the market space in the evening. They just need to improve heating and install wind breaks.
