This was a lovely spot. I always get lost in Kew Gardens but was pleased to find myself in this spot.

Those earthy shades are magical and blend harmoniously with the greens of the trees. Gotta love Autumn

I suppose so, yes, that would mean less time to enjoy it. How many daylight hours would you have at this time of year?

About 8.5 hours sunrise to sunset. About 8 weeks till the days start to get longer. I miss the sunny evenings and a late walk. The sun has gone by 16:30.

Just like a work day, so if you are at work all day, you miss all the light. I can see it would be a shame. I do understand about those sunny evening. We don’t have them here – too near the equator, but that was something about living in Scandinavia that was extra special. It makes me smile.

Yes, it’s a treat after work, and the low light is so much more gentle and warming than the midday harshness.
