  1. That’s one of the exciting things about spring in a four-season climate–those little, gradual hints that winter is on its way out and spring on its way in. If it just showed up full force one day, I don’t think it would be nearly as exciting. I can remember the joy of seeing those first daffodils and the like, the first hints of green grass, etc.

  2. Judging by the rain lashing down outside, spring could be a long way behind! I’m hoping it’s only temporary but we’ve had it now for two solid days and nights – plus winds – and the geraniums that weathered the winter look as though they’ve had it this morning.
