Did you know?
Bram Stoker visited Whitby for a week and the setting inspired him. And he used names from the nearby graveyard for characters.

It’s quite a time since I read Bram Stoker’s novel. But “Whitby” rang a bell and the abbey would look just perfect in moonlight.
