Clever. I liked about Berlin that very unlikely streets had street art, in ‘residential ‘ areas whos equivalents here would never entertain it.

There has been a concerted effort to put art into areas that would benefit from some colour and interest.
A book you would enjoy is Marzahn, Mon Amour, out from a great publisher of translated works (Peierene) – you might be bale to persuade your library to get some in, but I read it on Kindle. And why that ramble? The Marzahn area was one of the areas recently chosen for a street art festival – on my list to go out to on my next visit. But do read the book if you can.
