This edible-looking, chocolate cow was part of the 2006 Cow Parade, held in Lisbon that year.
I’m a big fan of these public art parades: the artists somehow manage to capture a lesser-known element of the local culture, and inject a dash of humour alongside the art. If you have children, they are a great way to turn sightseeing into a treasure hunt.
