Sant Salvador is one of three beautiful beaches in El Vendrell in Catalunya.

In the height of summer, these beaches will be packed with sun-worshipping locals and tourists, but visit outside of the peak months and you can have the beaches pretty much to yourself.

Sit outside a pretty cafe

or visit the Pau Casals museum, with its pretty courtyard and cafe/restaurant

or simply walk and admire the views
