Phlegm at the Queen Elizabeth Hall

Many of the buildings on the South Bank in London are ugly, concrete boxes.  The Queen Elizabeth Hall has taken this in hand and commissioned some street art to liven things up.  Look up and you may be surprised.

This large piece is by Phlegm, a well known street artist from Sheffield.

Not entirely my taste, I have to admit, but it is undeniably Phlegm.
